Large Events
We understand that things don't always happen the way we plan and we will try our best to organize another date with you. If you really must cancel your party you must notify us as soon as possible.
If the birthday child falls sick, the party may be postponed at no extra cost. In the case that the party cancellation is by the Client’s decision, the following statements apply: All cancellations made prior to your event will result in forfeiting of your whole deposit.
A rescheduled party must be within 3 months of the party date.
Once the Entertainer has performed and left the venue no refunds of any sort will be given unless extreme instances have occurred. In the event of extreme weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen extremities, we reserve the right to cancel the event and offer an alternative date.
If a performer feels unsafe during a party situation, they have a right to leave and no refund will be given.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the party will not be eligible for rescheduling nor refund.
All Deposit Retainers are non-refundable.
Please note that you are not able to transfer your booked event to another client, however you are able to change the "guest of honour" to another recipient.
